My site was updated today to 5.9 version, with new 2022 theme.
But cookie consent popup disappeared 
With all previous WordPress themes, I have added link to cookie policy javascript in the header.php theme file.
The new 2022 theme uses different block layout and has no header.php file.

Can you tell me where to place the appropriate code to javascript to enable it in the new 2022 theme?

Problem solved by installing of "Complianz – GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent" plugin

Yep I've been looking at that and wondering how the change to 5.9 will affect me. My sites use either Catch themes, or Kadence. And it doesn't appear as if either will be negatively effected by the change.

Getting my head around Kadence though, that's a new thing to me...
